Dan and the other Service Associate went out of their way to make my experience above and beyond. Dan suggested that I get my next oil change at Ganley. He even offered me a discount on this service. I will be scheduling my oil change next week, I always have been a happy customer when I deal with Dan and the entire Service Department . You should be very proud of all your associates. Thank you

Matthew was very polite and got back to me on Saturday once my vehicle had been examined. As a reminder, I switched to Ken Ganley solely because you hired Dan Maloy, and I referred a new customer to you last fall -- Jeff Lee -- because of Dan's customer management record. He is superior regarding customer service and providing detailed information and answers to my questions. A separate note...I found it odd that Ken Ganley offers customers a germ-killing hand sanitizer at your cashier's desk that was made in Canada, as opposed to Akron-made Purell by GoJo Industries. I do not know anyone at GoJo, so I have no "skin in the game" except local loyalty. However, your store's photographic mural promotes and features sites in Akron. I would think you would buy locally conceived Purell for your hand sanitizer?
