I booked my service appointment on line and was given the option to select 60k service based on my mileage. When I arrived at the service department I was told that the price online which was offered at time I booked my appointment was not available at the price stated on your website.
Austin was very professional and helpful. I wasn’t hustled to add other services that weren’t need like other Toyota Dealers.
He was very nice, courteous, and informative.

The original Toyota dealership that I went to was not interested in finding a problem with my vehicle. I was told by the supervisor in the service department that she was done and for me to feel free to take my vehicle to another dealership.

Extremely high price came up couldn’t do all services I plan for. I end up doing myself DIY work no choice.

I brought in my car for an 18 month checkup. At the time we were having a problem with all of the alerts going off frequently when driving, which I explained to the service advisor Austin. I’ve dealt with Austin in the past and he typically attempts to discounts your concerns entirely, making numerous excuses as to what could be going, pretty much like I’m just a old man worrying over nothing. I don’t know whose bright idea it was but it ended up that all alerts have now been turned off. My problem is worse now as my whole reason that I purchased the car was for safety, which I no longer have. This is not my first dealing with Austin. He seems to think that the best way to deal with things is not the right way but just real quick and get you out the door whether the issue is fixed or not.
Dan and his crew are the best at doing what they do. I trust my car implicitly to them knowing that they’re going to take good care of it and I feel much better after it’s all done.
