She quickly checked and assessed the car problem and explained clearly how it would be handled so that I would feel safer in the car for future travel. I was pleased how quickly things were resolved. Very nice young man. It took a few minutes to get the coupon special correct, but after checking with other associates, he got it right. The only other thing is, he told me they would run my car through the washer, but didn't. I'll still be back when time for my next service and oil change!
