For years, I’ve had my Corolla serviced at Ken Ganley. Mike Ash took really great care of us there before he retired. Since then, I have been very disappointed by the precipitous drop-off in the quality of customer service I receive (including a lack of concern for my concerns) and the incredible increase in cost for service at the same time. As a result, I will take my Corolla to another Toyota dealership for service in the future.

Dan did a great job. He was completely on target with communication. I was always kept apprised as to each step of the process. The car was done earlier than expected. The entire experience was fantastic. I will be back for sure.

I purchased car on 4/29/25 when i came to pick up car 1 of the we owe items were not completed as agreed. I accepted the car anyway because i caught a uber to dealer. On 4/30/25 had car Echecked and was told car was not ready for test because all stored codes had been cleared andvto drive for 50 miles and return. Long story short, check engine light came on and produced code p0420 replace catalytic converter bank estimated cost $850.00 before i can get car plated with new tag. What are you guys going to do about this?

I don't want to leave a bad review for your employees because they're doing their job but I don't understand is I have a new vehicle and I'm having issues with it already and now I have to pay thousands to get something fixed and and I just don't think that's fair at all.
