Matthew tried very hard to fix an issue caused by an earlier mixup with our free services. He couldn’t waive the full fee, but he did everything he could to explain what happened, apologized, and worked with us to provide at least a partial solution. He tried so hard and with such sincerity.

The last time I took my vehicle to have maintenance on it, they claimed to have rotated my tires but I have a broken hubcap and one that’s missing l, those two were in the same spot as before I had the maintenance done, they claimed to have moved the hubcaps. So I marked my tires this time, and after the service my tires were in fact not moved again. So who knows what else the service team is not doing when they claim to be and charging for.
Lisa is very kind and professional. She interacts well with clients and is a pleasure to work with.
Service was great. All of my concerns were addressed, and they asked my permission before moving to the next maintenance task. I will continue to come to Toyota Ganley for service and would definitely recommend Toyota Ganley to other people.

Interesting that I wrote out a comment expressing my concern but it would not submit, but a blank one just did. What is going on with your service? We have been customers since 2009 but I do not trust their recommendation service now.
