The communication was unacceptable. There was a part sourcing issue and a part that was shipped broken. These things happen and while unfortunate, it isn’t Ganley’s fault. That being said, there should have been clear communication. I was not aware of any of these challenges other than needing to call and get updates. I was without a car for 3 days. Had the tech told me there was a sourcing issue or late ordering of the replacement part I would have coordinated rides differently, but the lack of communication unnecessarily inconvenienced me and people that accommodated me for three days.

Every time I’ve interacted with Dan, he’s been kind, understanding, and very personable. You can tell he’s got a lot to manage, but he always does an excellent job.
