My last service experience a few months ago was not up to the satisfactory service experience that I had become accustomed too. Personnel changes was probably the greatest difference. My experience this week reminded me of what I had become accustomed to over the years.

Lisa Reedy was awesome - friendly, professional and responsive to questions. Whoever serviced the vehicle was not very detail oriented. The glove box was left open and off the hinges.
Someone had to come out to re-seat the glove box door so it would close.
Toyota should continue the V6 legacy and abandon the 4cyl turbo!
