Definitely want to continue any maintenance on the vehicle through this dealership only at the Akron location even after the 2 year warranty is over in July. Very professional and very polite.

Lisa is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable in her customer relationship. She quickly checked and assessed the car problem and explained clearly how it would be handled so that I would feel safer in the car for future travel. I was pleased how quickly things were resolved. Very nice young man. It took a few minutes to get the coupon special correct, but after checking with other associates, he got it right. The only other thing is, he told me they would run my car through the washer, but didn't. I'll still be back when time for my next service and oil change!

Dan Maloy went out of his way to get my car in today and repairs made quickly. I have to say $90 diagnostic charge was stiff especially when it was obvious what the problem had been — one screw placed to hold up the front under body cover when old one had been pushed out by parking space concrete slab . Maybe 35-45 minutes— to fix it, thank goodness. Yet high charge in my opinion. I live closer to Canton Toyota place (old name Cain), but I choose to come up to Akron 12.+* miles away from my house in Jackson Township due to the staff — Michelle Baum always greets and converses with me and is so upbeat! she’s a Good Ambassador for the Service dealership!! Dan is good guy too, as was Anthony Triola!! I feel like a family member!!!
