It’s so easy to make appointments. The staff is friendly and professional and the service techs are knowledgeable and thorough!
Service appointment went well and the rep was personable. Told them my odometer was off and they said nothing can be done. What about a recalibrate? This is a new vehicle. When picking up my new vehicle for the first time the manager gave me the cold shoulder. He didn't want bothered. Emailing a different manager about the car pick up and he wouldn't respond. Two managers that didn't want bothered. Doesn't make me want to come back for car service or to purchase a new vehicle.

Very good communication, especially from Jack Henry from the Service department, and also the very nice woman there too, I’m sorry but I can’t remember her name. Kept me posted on special order struts which came in within a day and installed on that afternoon. Very impressive! A+++++
Jack Henry was very easy to talk too and fixed my small problem with button on my steering wheel where my control pictures should be. He was just nice taking my vehicle for service and bringing it out to me. I enjoyed my visit at Ken GanleyToyota.
