First time I had a really bad experience. My appointment was 830 for an oil change rotation and a software update. I was told that would take an hour so I figured two hours maybe a little bit more for it all. I’m headed out of town so I needed to get the oil changed the fact that I was there for 4 1/2 hours and it took four hours from check-in to do the repairs even with my being 10 minutes late and they’re being a lot of cars is completely 100% unacceptable to me. I lost virtually my whole day of work. I got about two hours of work done to say that I’m pissed off would be an understatement. I like Toyota but that was the single worst experience I’ve had with Toyota.

I was disappointed after asking several times for a car wash and I was texted that it was done but my car never got washed.
It seems like anytime my car comes in for an oil change, I’m told this that or something else needs done to my car! To top it off, today I wanted a soda out of the vending machine but it only takes a credit card, I only use cash so that really irritated me, not all people want to use their credit cards. So I appreciate the employees but I will never use Ken Ganley ever again! I will take my car elsewhere.

Happy with the short notice and able to snag appointment, fast service to replace starter in under 45 minutes. But I thought the price was slightly excessive. I didn't shop around because of the things I mentioned earlier and that meant the most.
