It took over 2 hours for an oil change and interior filter change. To their benefit, they were very honest with me, and gave me a ten dollar discount and car wash for my inconvenience. It was appreciated, but in business, its always a goal not to have to apologize for things not smoothly. I hope this experience was a one off. But I do commend their honesty. Good help is hard to come by.

I had an oil change done which was fine everyone I talked to was nice but I got back to my car and there were dirty finger print marks on the inside and outside of my car. I wish I had said something while I was there but I had waited over an hour so I was eager to get home. The finger prints were on the outside of the drivers side door and door handle, the inside of the drivers side door and somehow on the outside of the back right side door. Please have your associates wipe of their hands before going into someone’s car.
Car was serviced efficiently with no surprise extra costs
Over two hours for the appointment and was not updated at all. Had to ask the service rep if my car was done or not.

Expensive visit for an old vehicle. I thought the estimate was clear but the total cost was a few hundred more than I expected. I think he knew this as he didn't show me the final bill--told me he got a few small discounts for me, handed the bill to the cashier and walked away.

This visit was unusual in that my car needed considerably more work than usual. Danny Coon, Dan Malloy and others quickly arranged for a vehicle to get me home. I drive about 30 miles to use Ken Ganley service and they delivered my car today. They picked up the loaner and saved me a somewhat hazardous drive back to the dealership. The car seems to be running well and I had another excellent service experience at Ganley Toyota.

I brought my car in for a simple oil change and replacement of one light bulb, and I was told it would take about one hour. However, it ended up taking almost two hours, with no updates or communication during that time.
What made the experience more frustrating was the response when I asked about the delay. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience or offering a simple apology, the staff member responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner.
I understand that delays can happen, but clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations, and I left feeling dissatisfied.
The service I received was wonderful and Matthew and Danny solved an issue I was having with my battery because I did not drive it regularly due to my being in Florida. These young men suggested I purchase a trickle charger, bring it in and they had it installed. Obviously I paid the labor charge for that. I also received my second year complimentary service on my 2024 Corolla. Everyone at Ken Ganley Toyota is courteous and helpful and I appreciate them. Joan Deuch
