He is a very personable & knowledgeable individual who has tremendous volume of information as it relates to what I need to do to keep my car in excellent shape. He knows I travel many times between my homes in Florida & Ohio and I need my car in good shape since it could be catastrophic for me to be stranded somewhere in that 978 mile trip! Being stuck in a different state would be worrisome. Dan is there providing the advise I need so that dies not happen. He is very reliable and helps to examine the so called repairs that Daytona Dealership imagine that I need way BEFORE the mileage reaches where I need that service. It is well known they just want money without really trying to help the car customers. If you don’t believe me, I keep the papers with what they claim I need!!! Anyway, Dan helps me evaluate what I really need done! For me, it is about trust and not the money for actual needed & timely repairs! Combining Michelle Baum’s leadership & Dan’s execution, I can never go wrong at Ganglley Toyota !
