Seemed short staff. Usual staff no longer there. Confusion about how to apply free oil change. Construction. Overall not great experience.

Service was good. But, was disappointed to hear that Toyota doesn’t have a nationwide service system data base. I had service done in Arizona and you could not look up that service.
Everything was great and was offered a car wash that never happened. I thought since it was busy that may be why. I guess I can come back for one.
No one introduced themselves as Aaron.
I got a text message saying my car is ready to be picked up. And this was after two hours earlier, talking to the gentleman at the desk in which we are waiting for an insurance adjuster to come out and look at the car. Then proceeded to call back after the text message at 5:06. Wait on the phone for five minutes, then hung up on. Then call right back and wait another three minutes so I just hung up call back in the morning
