I am a business owner as not saying to complain but so you can correct the issue. Very bad communication between all the parties we worked with. Scheduling clerk, adviser and tech. Very unsatisfactory. Will be going to another dealer for service and issues that arise.

Excellent interest in crown sedan
The staff were friendly. However, I found the amount for the service for labor to be excessive. $64.71 for labor for an oil change and tire rotation? The amount for the parts was $$53.33. What is the incentive to return to the dealership when I can get the same service elsewhere for a much better price.
Disappointed.
Service rep did a fine job. Went in for check engine light problem and spent over $400. Problem is still there. I will be back tomorrow.
Estimate for oil change was $79.99, saw in my receipt that I paid over $90. I wasn’t notified of additional charges.
Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Aaron looked up what other service my car was due for soon and explained the cost of replacing the spark plugs. He was very polite and very thorough.
Just timely and great service
Nothing to do with Dan or my car's service, which I appreciated, but--as I worked there for several hours-- wondered why you are spending what seems to be significant money on the renovation of a lobby and display area that was perfectly lit, modern and inviting. Your customers would welcome prices kept down more than expensive new lobby decor.

I was very satisfied with the excellent service provided by Ganley Toyota. We worked with Dan Malloy when he was at Cain Toyota. His professionalism and attention to detail are excellent. We trust him implicitly with his abundant knowledge and advice.
Dan arranged for my car to be picked up (I am nearly 85) by two very kind gentlemen who washed my car after new brakes were installed. They recognized that my car needed a bit (more than a bit) of inside cleaning and took care of that. I am no longer able to physically do what I used to do.
I am happy to now choose Ganley Toyota as my “go to” Dealership for all of my automobile needs and to tell others about the great service. Thank you to all. Kay F
