I scheduled an appointment to have recall, routine service and a trailer brake controller installed. I appeared for the maintenance. My order for the trailer brake controller installation was not listed. While I was waiting, I was told that brake controller was being installed. About 2 hours later, I was told that the brake controller could not be installed because there was no factory wiring. When I went to leave, I was presented with an invoice for over $300 of services that had not been performed I.e . The brake controller. I am preparing a complaint and affidavit, accusing Ken Ganley, Toyota Motor Corporation, et al, of failing to meet the expressed services that I requested at the consumption of the purchase. Toyota offered the sale of an SR5, model, with a “tow package, purporting to be able to tow 6,500 pounds. I accepted that offer, with the reasonable expectation that Toyota could provide certified technicians to install. That was not the case. Toyota could not provide the dealer with the requisite knowledge to complete the task. However, that cannot be legally accomplished without a trailer brake controller, that Toyota cannot provide.

This was one of the most alarming and crooked experiences I have ever encountered with a car dealership. Your service department repeatedly lied. I will never: a) come to Ken Ganley again for service b) buy a car from Ken Ganley - new or used, based on my experience. I will: a) warn others from going to Ken Ganley, and b) advise others to never do business with Ken Ganley. You have incompetent people that are completely crooked.

Your dealership destroyed my transmission. You left me stranded on the freeway. You had no accountability and were no help and actually refused to get me a loaner vehicle so I could get back and forth to work.You're the only ones to do any work to my transmission and just a few miles from your dealership there was a catastrophic transmission failure. Thank you for costing me a lot of money, lost time at work, headache and anxiety. As a long time Toyota owner, I will never be back to your dealership and neither will anyone I know. I am going to report you to Toyota,the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of the State of Ohio.

The lady at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The waiting area even tho partly blocked off for construction was very nice. I will definitely be back. I just relocated from Louisiana and very happy with my choice to use KG toyota. Thank you!

I had the same exact issue happen within 50 miles of driving. The issue I brought the car in for was not sufficiently addressed. I was charged almost $1300 for a repair that did not even work. I will be back so it can be made right, this is not ok.

After talking with John and Arron I decided with there advise I got a newer car. I didn't want to get rid of my Rav4 but, I believe it was the best choice. I will still bring my Honda it for service at Toyota. I trust you folks. Thank you so much. Sue Vaughn
