Aaron was very professional and kind. My concerns were addressed in regard to a couple noises I was hearing. He explained how the fuel injection works and reassured me that my vehicle was checked over and safe to drive. I will definitely request him on next service visit.

Lisa was great! I appreciate the pictures of the vehicle!
The end result was good. However the initial assessment of the vehicle was not documented by the technician. A price was quoted that didn’t take into account the wiring and lights. This miss was not disclosed to me until the work was in process. It was a miss. The service rep only took $100 off the price.
Lisa did a great job as did Matt on my last visit, just wish the previous tech had found this issue last time I had it in.

He was a great guy to work with. He was clear with his communication of the issues and upfront on the time and cost involved. Since the time for repair was longer than anticipated, he secured a loaner vehicle to use (2025 Prius)and showed me how to use it. I had considered using another dealership for repairs, but I’m glad I stayed with Ganley Toyota of Akron.
Aaron was on it when I went for oil change he advised me about a recall that needed to be completed so they ordered the part for me and I brought in to fix ! Aaron is friendly and and helpful ! Service with a smile is always a joy at 730am !!!
