Lisa did great! I’m still a little disappointed in the fact that Toyota didn’t completely cover the replacement of my faulty radio so close to the end of my warranty with a known issue. Upon leaving the tech guy that helped me log in my phone suggested I should have took it somewhere else in get a Sony because they are better quality and also sound better. If I would have known that from the start I would have just done that instead. The cost would have been about the same and I wouldn’t have had to go without a radio for so long !

The tech was unable to solve the issue I was having and just kept saying it’s not covered by warranty. I have a 2024 Toyota Camry with 20,000 miles on it and I purchased it brand new. I am experiencing a terrible smell when using my air conditioner when first turning it on and after looking at it said there was nothing he could do but claimed it was due to mice when I know it’s not because you only smell it when you first turn it on and only with the air conditioner. Then after leaving I find that I have a new bolt in my tire and was quickly losing air and they chose to put that tire on the front of the vehicle instead of leaving it on the rear. The bolt was definitely not there that morning because if it had been I would have had a flat tire. Very unhappy with my experience and will not be returning.
