My initial service time took substantially longer than estimated for the initial inspection and oil change. I was not advised of the necessary brake replacement until well after that overly long time. And then had to wait additional hours while the repair was completed.

Aaron was very nice, I told him I needed help with the electronics /tech and he told me that the guy who I need to see for that is not there on Mondays. I need to just stop back another day, without an appointment, to have help. I will do that.

My only complaint was the technician removed items from my glovebox to check in cbin air filter but did not put everything back.

Thank you for the thorough inspection of my car. I was advised that my tire tread was getting to where the tires were soon going to be needed to be replaced. There was no pressure to replace them but I chose to have that done today so that I would be safer driving in winter.

Joe Prekovitch did a above and beyond wonderful job on my car. Matthew Evans was great to talk with and very professional. Dan Malloy took extra time with me and made sure I was scheduled correctly. I mean, seriously this team made me feel like I was important and they all made sure I was taken care of. I dont plan on going to any other dealership. All other dealers should be trained by this team in Akron. Thanks guys.
