He was a great guy to work with. He was clear with his communication of the issues and upfront on the time and cost involved. Since the time for repair was longer than anticipated, he secured a loaner vehicle to use (2025 Prius)and showed me how to use it. I had considered using another dealership for repairs, but I’m glad I stayed with Ganley Toyota of Akron.
Aaron was on it when I went for oil change he advised me about a recall that needed to be completed so they ordered the part for me and I brought in to fix ! Aaron is friendly and and helpful ! Service with a smile is always a joy at 730am !!!

Matthew did a great job welcoming me, thoroughly reviewing and ensuring the services on my car were correct. Also did a great job when it was finished.
I'm not going into detail, but I will say that after the mechanic returned my vehicle to the service bay and spoke with the advisor it was more than 30 minutes before the advisor approached me seemingly to go away because because repairs were costly and indicated that he and the mechanic who decided their was corrosion and it may not be worth repairing but he'll give me quotes on the brakes and the u joint replacement. The fact that my vehicle return to the front service bay without approaching with what with a quote or discussion about what I wanted to do or proceed told me they weren't interested in repairing my vehicle at that time. I travel from near Cleveland to your dealership and wasted multiple hours of my time. I don't plan on ever returning for service as I'm exploring other options. No need to contact me as I'm not interested in any concessions, apologies or even discounted service fees. I'm done! Thank you for the years of good service from advisors no longer with you and Michelle Baum.
