Came in for a simple NACS adapter pick-up. I was given confusing information about "Software update" and no explanation what was done to my car.

Two weeks before the truck had been in for a recall on the brakes. We lost fluid and got a warning light. The person I spoke to worked us in the next day and offered to have it towed in. We just added fluid and drove it, bit the offer surprised us.
