Fast and easy maintenance services. Staff is always courteous. I appreciate the realistic suggested needs. I've been to other dealerships thay like to upsell and use pressure tactics to add on other services. I always feel comfortable and trust Ganley Toyota. That is why I drive a distance just for maintenance.

Lisa was super friendly and helpful and even informed me of things I was unaware of and went above and beyond. I will return and continue to ask specifically for Lisa. I was in and out of service in less than an hour. I was greeted by every team member who walked past me while I was waiting in the lobby. Everyone was very friendly. The lounge area was beautiful and clean. I could not recommend the team at Toyota of Akron more!
