I was very pleased with service provided. I was in for 15000 mile maintenance and the service person indicated I was up for recall fix. I asked how long and she indicated the whole thing would be 1.5 hours. I indicated I was really prepared to wait that long. The service person said it could probably be done quicker because that a little slow at that time (12:30).
I said ok my truck was ready in 30 minutes. Thank you so uch for accommodating my needs.

I typically rate Ken Ganley five stars without hesitation, but I encountered a few issues following my appointment on October 29th.
First, the receptionist mistakenly tried to charge me for the oil change. I had to remind her that the first two oil changes on new vehicles are complimentary, a detail that should be well-known to anyone in customer service.
Additionally, my right front tire required a nail removal and a puncture plug. Unfortunately, within an hour of the “repair,” the tire went flat. The plug seemed to worsen the situation, causing the tire to leak air even faster; previously, it needed a refill every two days with the nail in it. Now, I’ve been informed that a new tire won’t be available until Saturday, November 1st.
On a positive note, Aaron Cuerv did agree to reimburse me for the initial cost of the tire repair.
