After the years of being a customer of Toyota which includes buying and leasing cars, I find it a bit ridiculous to get charged for a tire rotation especially when the car needed to come in for a recall. The 2 year maintenance plan for leases should extend the life if the lease considering the car is owned by Toyota. Other car manufacturers offer better maintenance plans so it's disappointing.

I had a 12:30 appointment for a recall fix that was expected to take 1–2 hours, but I ended up waiting over 3 hours with very little communication or updates. I understand delays happen, but it would have made a big difference to be kept informed instead of having to repeatedly ask for an ETA. I appreciate the work being done safely, but I left feeling frustrated with the lack of transparency.

Danny Coon was very courteous and professional. He teased me about being a Steelers fan. I mentioned I changed the battery in my key fob but couldn’t get the buttons centered to replace the top. He said he would take a look when my vehicle was back so I left the buttons with him. He did fix my key fob! He went above and beyond to help an old lady with arthritic hands! I recommend Ken Ganley Toyota to all my friends.
