The audio on the inspection video was completely drowned out by background noises in the shop. So, I have no idea what was listed as needing future attention.
Went in for a basic oil change it took over 2 hours! Also after 2 hours they didn't even wash my truck!
Good morning. There was a delay in the process due to forgetfulness. We live in IL and we hoping to get our car back by Christmas. It's unlikely that we'll happen. No worries on the delay due to Mr. Cuervo forgetting to leave instructions to the Ganley shop. Mistakes happen. Mr. Cuervo has been good to work with during our situation. He has been patient with the insurance companies as well. Overall, good service from Ganley. Thank you.

I have never been so unsatisfied with a dealership. And I am writing a letter to the dealership with a carbon copy to the CEO of Toyota. I brought my vehicle in because the dashboard was lit up and they did a diagnostic. I also brought in the five-year warranty that I purchased at the same time as the vehicle in April 2025. They did the diagnostic and then the guy come out to tell me that I had to take it back too Marhofer Nissan to get the work done. I couldn’t get my car keys until I paid the $200 diagnostic fee. That’s ****
