Danny provided excellent service again today. I like that he explains what to expect for possible service needed and provides information to help me understand my car and how it works. My car was analyzed to determine if minimal cost could be charged. Unfortunately it requires new door hinges on my 2005 Sienna XLE LIMITED AWD. They have been giving trouble for a number of years until finally they almost would not operate correctly. I had been explaining this to the Toyota dealer in N. Canton but was advised to yank on door handle to open. They never did what Matthew Evans at Ken Ganley Toyota in Akron did. Ken Ganley is my go to dealer from now on although it is a 30 mile round trip.

Brought our 2025 Rav4 in for the vehicle's first maintenance appointment. Everyone was courteous and our car was serviced in a reasonable time. Only one complaint. The coffee machine was being serviced, it provides delicious hot chocolate, but wasn't finished until after I left. Until next time!
