They lost my key fob, with my home, office and other keys, attached to it. I had to drive home to get my spare and then back (1 hr 45 minutes r/t) to get my truck. Still have not heard anything about if they found it or are still even looking. I will have to change the locks on my home and my office. And I got the impression they thought i might have lost them while sitting in your showroom. I did not have them. Maybe look at your security footage to see where they went. Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied.

Matthew was polite and transparent. His honesty and professionalism made the service visit go very smoothly. He was very helpful and attentive with all of my questions and requests today. Job well done!! I purchased my vehicle at this location and have been back for every service visit since 2023. Today was a great experience/one of the best I’ve had so far.

I was dissatisfied with the service because I was told prior to going in that the cost would be $115 and then later was told that it was $150. I was also told that the battery replacement for my car would also have a warranty prior to the repairs and after paying for the service, I found out there was no warranty on the battery because it was a Toyota battery being put into a Lexus car. However, when the battery was first sold to me this was not the case. I was given warranty info in the beginning. I found the service and sales to be misleading and I am quite disappointed since this is my go to place to get repairs done.

Dan Maloy ended up managing most of the work on my car today due to the circumstances, and he did a great job. I look forward to going to him on my future service needs. Joe, the master technician, who works on my car as always did a great job as well. Great to know I have people I can trust there. Thanks!

I knew fuses blew after hook up to recharge was wrong but diagnose time and close to $200.00 is too high. Remember I just bought a brand new 2024 Camry and always on time for maintenance services both 2015 High Lander.
