I’ve had a bad experience all around as far as buying the car and having to bring the car back-and-forth, not being believed that something is wrong with it when something is wrong with it. Getting it fixed and now here we are the same problems happening again, and nobody’s believing me again. I tried to go up there to fix the problem and nobody wants to help me. They just wants me to trade the car in. They ran my credit without telling me. Along with things happen so I hired a lawyer.
I had a good experience today. I think it would have been a bit better if someone had shared it eas going to take longer to get my oil changed when I had an appointment.

I had scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed. The lady at the service desk has told me that they would also be doing a tire rotation and check my alignment. With all of that the service was actually surprisingly fast!
I couldn’t afford to buy an air filter this time, my tires was rotated and one of my tires was splitting and I wasn’t told, also the sticker in my windshield to let me know to come back wasn’t placed in my windshield.
Service lady at the desk was rude, took yall 2 hours for a simple oil change, and yall also charged me for my oil change which was supposed to be free since my car came with 3 free services, but got charged and embarrassed at the front desk…… I never used my third free service, last time I visited for an oil change, I was asked to come back when I hit 30,000 miles on my car, but I didn’t get serviced that day and yall, still counted it as getting serviced????? I don’t ever go to dealerships for oil changes so why would I go and pay $105 when I could’ve gotten my dad to change my oil for free… I only went because I had THREE free services but I should’ve known yall would lie, all of the reviews **** and I see why!!!

Your Communication with Customers is Horrible! No one Return calls day of! 2 Day’s later if you Lucky! Spoke with Manager April I think, then she drops the ball! Tell me she’s going to call me back! Never!! I had to call back, My vehicle that I only drove 2 weeks, ran hot with crack water pump on a vehicle with 26,000 Miles!! Then return it to me with antifreeze still ALL OVER MY HOOD AREA!! No one checked it out when it return from Ford dealership!! I PRAY THIS VEHICLE IS OKAY! I DONT PLAN ON EVER RETURNING THERE FOR ANYTHING! I will SEEK LEGAL ASSISTANCE IF I HAVE ANY OTHER PROBLEMS!!! NEVER SEEN A DEALERSHIP RUN THIS WAY! Sales SIDE PHONE’S RING FOREVER ALSO!NO ONE COMES BACK TO THE LINE!!!!I COULD GO ON AND ON !! HORRIBLE SERVICE, I CALLED FOR EVERYONE FROM ELVIS THE MANAGER

The trip to Dealership Mike Terry was an Excellent one!!! I was kind of down. But the staff in the service department Kersten and Ashley were such a peaceful relief to me.
