Kersten Cole made all of the difference in customer service at Mike Terry Hyundai for me. Her impecable communication, patience and every effort she put forth to ensure my new car’s services were performed were unmatched. Although, the lengthy wait for service completion was inconvenient, Kersten’s communication regarding the status of the service progress provided a better understanding and reassured me that she was working to get the service completed. Kersten is undoubtedly responsible for my positive experience with Mike Terry Hyundai.

We had a dead battery. You said they fully charged it. You told us the battery was good just needed charging. 400 miles past battery warranty You said. 2 weeks later. Totally dead again. You said yes battery was bad. But, we had to buy the battery $300 plus. 800 miles past warranty Sounds questionable.

Three different people didn't even know what car I had I asked in advance to verify that the parts were in stock to do a basic transmission service after being told they were, they weren't. The technician probably figured that out within 20 seconds of starting the job but despite that nobody bothered to try to contact me, so I wasted 4 hours of my day. To top it off after I had already signed a quote for the price for this entire service it ended up being totally wrong and they didn't honor it so now I have a discount which I use that term loosely because I'm not even sure I'm getting the work that I needed done at this point. There's no way you need to rip apart half of my engine bay to do a service that's supposed to happen every 24,000 miles but yet that's what I'm being told is happening, so hopefully they don't mess it up tomorrow when I bring it to them we will see. I'm really not impressed with how unknowledgeable the staff at this Hyundai dealership are about cars that they quite frankly sell. You guys had three of these on your lot; you only had three cars in your showroom one of them was this exact car and these people treat me like I'm an alien for owning one. After getting the car wrong (even though I gave them the vin and told them the exact transmission it had) the people at the service counter are still calling my car an N line when it's not it's an elantra n these are two different cars I'm not even sure they ordered the right parts that's another thing I'm going to get to figure out tomorrow. After I get this service done the next 24,000 miles happens out of warranty and I'm just going to do it myself because I'm not convinced anybody at the dealership knows anything about the cars that are being sold here.
