The staff is super friendly and helpful. However, whatever company installed my new windshield left it filthy. I feel like they could’ve at least cleaned the windshield after they installed it. Other than that… I have no complaints.

1. Part was not ordered as promised prior to appointment 2. Part was still not ordered the day of drop off 3. 1 hour 54 minutes on hold one of the times we called to check on the status of the vehicle 4. Hazardous waste and shop supplies charges for a door handle replacement are unreasonable

My wife's car I bought at hyundai was towed in had 2 busted tires after she had to swerve out of the way of a truck and ran up on concrete island that busted 2 front tires, 1st we were quoted $500 for 2 new tires then quote changed to $800 i was on the phone with her they were rushing my Wife to make a decision because it was nearing 5pm $400 per tire seemed steep we were not happy with the experience we feel we were taking advantage of. Wife was traumatized twice in 1 day.

Came in right at open, Danthony showed me the lounge and where to make coffee or watch tv while I waited. Service was not long, I was here for a recall that just came out. Super pleased, fast and friendly service from everyone I spoke too.

First , my comments are not directed towards Ana , as the issues we experienced were driven by horrible management and leaders of the present organization. Our car has been hostage at the dealership for almost a year without any practical resolution. While our car was there , the company went through 3 service managers , in which created a logical nightmare on “where they were” with our vehicle, and being told after each issue found that the new manager was “not aware of what the last one said and promised” . We were flat out lied to about what work was done and charged for parts that didn’t get changed “only serviced” . The whole dealership is ran completely unprofessionally as we also had a horrible experience with the sales staff when we we told by the Co owner that they wanted to “take care of us” by just trading in our car that they did not have knowledge to fix , only to be treated horrible and lied to by the sales team, which seems to be the common thread with the dealership. There is not enough space in this comment box to list all the details and series of events that has transpired with the failed attempt to repair our car. I would be happy to elaborate if someone wants to reach out, which I doubt will happen as the co owner himself harbored lies. I will not recommend the dealership , quite the opposite I will warn everyone and anyone I know to stay far away from Mike Terry.

Didn’t receive any kind of invoice showing the scope of work completed. Always part of the experience in the past. Something I wouldn’t think I needed to ask for but also I didn’t ask.

Well when I arrived I was told that my appointment was not in the system in which I made on Saturday and I went on Tuesday because I was told to come Tuesday 10:00 that's the time the appointment was set but they did not find it told me it would be one hour till I went 30 minutes well after I went 30 minutes I went and checked they hadn't moved the car they hadn't taken where they hadn't taken the car back and I didn't understand that checked again the car was still sitting they said I must have done it online but I talked to someone to make the appointment so it ended up being 2 hours before they were done and when I said something about it the serviceman the one that checked me in he had an attitude with me and I think that is poor service me as a customer or client that just purchased this vehicle having to go through this attitude with this gentleman I didn't appreciate it bad service!

I've bought 3 new cars there. Two of them being 2026's and to be told today to not come back there behind a oil change truly speaks volumes and is what I get for trying to shop local and support a local silsbee business. PLEASE tell that EXTREMELY RUDE lady in the service department not to worry. I won't be back! Just for her or anyone else's information it was the last covered oil change anyway. It will be over the mileage for anymore and I would have happily paid for all the rest of them like I have already started doing on the other 2026 I bought there. To boot I will be needing another new car in a month or so and was planning on coming back there but that's ok. Found another dealership to get these cars serviced at and will just support them. Thanks and good luck! With people like her working in the service department your going to need it....
