Said I was missing a lug nut and I wasn’t I went into the service department with all5 I always takes pics of car before I take it there to get service .

My problem was not fixed because I cannot afford it.
Spent 1k on other repairs and need another 1k for ac repair.
I am retired on a fixed income. I had it in 2 other licensed ac auto repair shops who never mentioned the compressor being out, so I bit the bullet and brought it to dealership. Big mistake. But that is my fault.
So my comment is the lady sitting next to Amber was very helpful.
