The issue is still happening. They keep saying that they can’t hear the noise that me and many others are hearing. This is a new vehicle and I should not be having this problem.

Our experience today with the sales management was terrible but the young lady that checked us out in the end the service manager were great . Unfortunately we will not be back in the future for a purchase if the promises during signing can't be up held.

Sometimes in retirement it’s difficult to pay for all the things needed to be done on my car. My car has been running good since I bought it in 2020. So I have overlooked having it checked. Amber helped me with that situation. She was very patient with me helping me come to a decision.
