Jazmin did an excellent job. This was my first experience at Grissom. I had a very stressful morning with my original dealership’s service department and Grissom and Jazmin took great care of me and welcomed me. I will return and continue to do business with Jazmin and Grissom in the future. They know how to treat their customers and I appreciate the work they provided on my truck this morning.

This is not directed at Kayla,but my car is still making one of the sounds I brought it in for to be serviced. I keep bringing it back and it has cost me a fortune, and the sound is still there! I will be calling you on Monday. I WANT THE CAR FIXED, OR TELL ME THE TRUTH THAT YOU DON'T KNOW HIW TO FIX IT!

I’m not sure if it was my drivebelt or accessory belt but it was left on top of the engine after the service was completed. I didn’t know about it until 4 hours after pickup, thankfully it didn’t cause any issues or damage
