Kayla was very helpful on getting my vehicle in and what would need to be done to get started with the process. She was very friendly with me and easy to talk to. My service with my vehicle was very prompt which I was happy about because it’s my daily driver with 3 children. Excellent service, handled an extended warranty issue no questions asked unlike the first dealership I called. (Button CDJR) Will definitely be coming back in the future.
The only I would ask, if you remove the hitch for the wash, please put it back. I found the rusty hitch on my carpet. But everything else was great.

Finally my AC is back to factory cold. So good it will freeze you out the car. I Was so glad to get in and out so quickly. Couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the price.
David was very helpful and considerate of my time. Always appreciate his honesty and kindness.
We were satisfied with the repair. However, we were told that due to the age of the car and that it is not a Chrysler product only one person could do the computer scan, and he was on vacation. They did get someone from some other place to do the scan and the car was fixed. We're thinking that in order to avoid that issue again we might have to take it a Ford dealer in the future. We liked dealing with Davey and felt the work was honest and good. But we aren't replacing the car soon.
As always, Jazmin and the service technician showed me fantastic customer care! This level of quick, friendly, service is what I consistently receive when I visit Grissom CDJR.
