3 throttle bodies in 2 years is excessive. Strongly disagree with the warranty. It should reset each time the part is replaced. Not a satisfied customer at the moment.
We have asked multiple times for all texts to go to my wife and yet here I am answering this question. Car is in both our names but it is her car and the only one that has brought it in for service. She asks every time to change it and still not done. Very disrespectful!!

My only complaint is, I would like to see more transparency as a relates to the price of components and parts not just a sum total. Show the part price through Mopar, etc.

Would like to have seen just a bit more interaction in the portal that you guys pay for, so we don’t have to call for updates. But that’s a very minor thing. David was able to answer all my questions appropriately and educated me on the issue at hand with our jeep. Will be returning to Grissom for future work.
