You guys had my jeep for 3 weeks. Called me twice with updates only after I called first. Charged me $700+ including $70 to reattach a windshield wiper fluid line. When I asked to talk to the mechanic to see what that fixed it was like pulling teeth took a half hour to come out. When I did get to talk to him he told me absolutely nothing. Took jeep home same problem the next morning. I assumed when they came and took it back, the service would improve but it didn’t. I assumed they would not charge me any more since they already charged me for not fixing it, but I get another $540 bill. I don’t know if I got lost in your system or what because I wouldn’t imagine anyone wanting to treat a customer this way on purpose

I thought charging 700 labor for a 2hour job was definitely excessive, everything just seemed a little shady after I bought the vehicle

Not a very friendly service advisor. The techs requested an extra hour of labor per side because the bolts on my 6 year old truck were too “rusty”. I’ve never ever heard of that being a thing. No one should pay a request. Not satisfied at all with my experience and will not be bringing my truck back here.
