Thank you Davey for your education on the owner’s manual and an owners requirements for knowledge of warranty management and maintenance! Would like to have seen just a bit more interaction in the portal that you guys pay for, so we don’t have to call for updates. But that’s a very minor thing. David was able to answer all my questions appropriately and educated me on the issue at hand with our jeep. Will be returning to Grissom for future work.

My car is acting as if a tire is loose. I was told by the people when I had the little accident, that the rear left shock had a problem with it, and also that my tire was locked. It wasn’t rotating.
