I'm not COMPLETELY satisfied because shortly after I got home and turned on the headlights I discovered one was out. Checking lights should be part of the multipoint inspection. Now I have to make ANOTHER appointment and wait when you had the vehicle doing the oil change. I didn't turn on the headlights until later so it had to also be out when the inspection was done.

The rep was not a good representation of the company. He was evasive and non engaging. Interpersonal skills are definitely needed. I don’t need warm and fuzzy, but there should be some degree of appreciation for my patronage of **** Smith. He did not represent.
