Yesterday, when I dropped my car off, she told me she would call me at 10 this morning. By 10:30, I hadn’t heard from her, so I called her cell and left a message. At 10:45, I called the dealership, and she told me she would have the final diagnostic shortly and would call me back in 20 minutes max. After an hour, I still hadn’t heard back from her, so my sister in law drove me and my children to the dealership, and she was at lunch. I do not live in Columbia and needed to get back home today. The lack of communication was not professional and extremely inconvenient for me and my family.

The check-in process was satisfactory, however; over appointment was not. I have had vehicles serviced (not with Nissan) for over 20 years, and I have never waited 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. At check-in I was informed the service would take 1.5 hours. This was the third service on my Nissan employee lease at this dealership and no update was provided during the extensive wait. Several customers were constantly going to the window looking for their vehicle or an update. After 2.5 hours, my husband requested to bypass the courtesy car wash due to time constraints and another appointment, but it was done anyway.
Wrong diagnose was done for Car parts sent for my car. I had to reschedule just to have those parts. Replace was not satisfied with that process. Had to reschedule for Wednesday this week on the right parts
I think they did a good job. But I think the price was way too much!!
My engine light was on when I turned my truck on. It later cut off. And later, after checking my PSI levels on my tires, I realized my tire rotation was not done. When I came into my appointment, I complained about a slow leak in my front right passenger tire and knew the PSI was low in that tire before getting there. When I got my truck back after service, the same low PSI level in my front right passenger tire was still low. If the tire rotation was actually done, the tire with the low PSI would be in a different location. It makes me question if any of the services or inspections that was allegedly done was actually sone. I paid over $600. And lastly, there was a tool part in my truck.
