The day i dropped my car off i never received any communication about my car. I had to call the service department at 5:35pm to get any information. The person that answered the phone informed me that they had to keep my car for another day and could not assist me with any type of transportation. IF I had received some type of information by 2 pm i would have rented a car. I was unable to pick up my children and unable to get them to school due to this inconvenience.
My alternator was replaced 6/25 at this location on Two Notch Rd. 3 to 4 months later I returned complaining that my lights were dimming while on and the dash lights would go off then come back on. Test run... no issues found.. I was sent on my way. Problem continues and gradually happens more often. I return with the same complaint and the problem is found to be the alternator needs to be replaced. First, I was quoted $2500 to fix the issue. After stating the same thing I stated above, I received a new quote... dealership would cover the alternator and parts, but I would pay for labor of $1400. Insane!!! This issue could've been taken care of when I came previously if time would have been taken. So no.. I will not have my car serviced at this time simply because there is no way labor should cost that much for a 2 hour job. And honestly I feel I shouldn't pay anything for an alternator that is not even a year old.
I was completely satisfied with service today. I well informed and the service tech kept me informed on the status of my car.

Karel Gass immediately addressed my service request. Because my low tire pressure light was on and I did not having appointment, it was discovered that there was a nail in one of my tires. My repair was worked in while I waited. Later, she let me know when my service ticket would be ready.
