Car drives rough NOW. NEED TO SEEK A NEW SERVICE PROVIDER.
Everyone at the dealership was very nice and professional.Sadly,I am not happy that my tire had low pressure/air and that wasn't addressed during my $100 oil change. Is it safe to assume this visit included a multipoint inspection as advertised?

Rel is AWESOME!! She took the time to listen to the issue my car was having & helped me out. She was the 4th advisor from the 4th dealer I had spoken to in the area. I told her I would most def be coming back just for her when im down here to have work done on my Nissan & Infiniti. By the way this is for the female customers... Rel is so down to earth & aint judgmental. She never treated me like 95% of of your typical advisors judging me because im a female so they assume I dont know nothing about cars. She never tried to upsell me on nothing I aint need either.
The staff was friendly and job well done.
I was not satisfied I waited at least 4 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation and I had an appointment scheduled
Thankful for the appointment availability and the professionalism of the service advisor. Also nice to not receive a laundry list of things that needed done but rather a heads up on items that are truly close to needing repair.
I did not have an issue at all with Jessica Dease. She was a great service advisor and pleasant to deal with. My issue is with **** Smith. I would have appreciated the opportunity to speak with a live person regarding the recommended services rather than virtual.
I was expecting to have a key duplicated and but was to it had to be ordered. I went on and had my oil changed and to them I would just come back for the key sense I had to travel the next day.
Dropped the car to be serviced on Saturday June 27th. Never received a call or text that the service had been completed like we normally do. Tried calling and did not get a ahold of anyone. The service department closes at 2pm on Saturday so we were without a car all weekend. Called today , Monday June 29th and was transferred to the service advisor Jessica who did not answer so left a message , no callback . Finally just went up to the dealership and the car was ready but we still had not been notified . After looking at the receipt, the car was ready a hour after dropping it off Saturday morning but we were never notified via phone or text . On our previous oil change, they even had a hard time finding my car after we received a text that the service was completed.
Jess was very warm in her engagement when I checked in for my service appointment. She was thorough in addressing my concerns before we proceeded to ensure I understood the process, and services to be performed at that time
It was a good experience from start to finish. Jessica was excellent and kept me informed about the progress of my service.
Jessica was very polite and perfessional She had a very productive and professional smile.
You did not have tires that fit a Nissan Pathfinder.
