Tire ordered did not receive call back, took a week after I called to resolve it. Appt was good.
The service person that worked with me was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my service. Everyone I was in contact with was wonderful. Riccardo was excellent as always. He is a great service manager. He explained the estimate clearly.
The mechanic did good as well, my xterra is running much better after the tune and 125,000 service.
The only bad thing is the estimate was 200 to 300 less than the bill turned out to be. I think some other belts were replaced which is cool, its just my wife planned our finances for the estimate. I wasnt aware of the additional cost till after i paid.

I had to stay 4 and a half hours for a oil change and tire rotation and a tune up,eventhough I made a appointment.I was never given any updates, until I asked after over 3 and a half hours of no word. I don't feel like my time was valued and respected.
Great service and time all around from the agent who handled my vehicle and a pick up on the drop off. Sorry I did not get names. Thank you!
