Karel Gass immediately addressed my service request. Because my low tire pressure light was on and I did not having appointment, it was discovered that there was a nail in one of my tires. My repair was worked in while I waited. Later, she let me know when my service ticket would be ready.

When I come in for a oil change normally an inspection is done on my levels fluids tire thread brakes AC etc and get a paper started what’s needed or if I want it done or asked when I come in don t have to ask i purchased the suv from you and only have not had any problems or issues till now
