What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if it’s going to take 2hrs and 45 minutes just to get an oil change, prior to this appointment system I could get there as soon as the shop opens and be done in an hour or less

I had an 8:00 AM appointment for an oil and filter change. I was there for TWO HOURS…They finally took my car into the shop after ONE HOUR… then I watched the technician work on it for over and hour while he socialized with neighbor technicians and worked on two other vehicles.. With an appointment, it should not have taken an hour for a simple oil change!!!

We were quote one price in Thursday ans made an appointment for Saturday. Saturday we were quoted 4 times the amount! If we hadn’t verified before the work was done we would have been even more upset then we were. Out time was wasted!

Im satisfied with the employees at **** Smith Danielle and Ranee are two wonderful people. But as a nissan owner I'm sick that I didn't listen to my X wife about this car I literally threw close to 4000 dollars away in past month and I still don't have my car. So close to 45000 in to this car that dont turn on and Nissan can't help me out I've spent close to 160,000 on Nissan cars since 1991 and this 150 to get my car back not drivable will be that last you'll ever get from my family ever.
