I was so pleased with their service. I was there as a walk in, because my "Maintenance light with the oil & filter came up on my dashboard. I was stressing, because I was heading out of town the next day. Dan & Riccardo Simon's helped me. Thank you so much for assisting me in my crisis. What an awesome team **** Smith has. Sorry but over 2 hours for an oil change when I have an appointment is ridiculous. Kaitlyn accidentally changed my appointment date but she said it was fine since no one was there. But it still took over 2 hours. Kinda ridiculous.
