Good morning as stated in the voicemail I left on 04/11/2025. I was not pleased with the service, the print out only indicates an oil change, engine treatment and battery test. I checked my brake fluid, not topped off, windshield wiper fluid not topped off, vehicle not washed. I had an appointment at 10:00 and left after 12:30. A young lady there had an appointment at 11 and was out before 12. I tried calling the number given ****-****-xxxx and it is disconnected. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but have no choice. No reflection on you Daniel.
Daniel George is great. I was not happy with the condition of my car when I picked it up. There was black rubber residue on the inside of the windshield and rubber crumbs on the dash. I realize that they had to tear the dash out to fix the air conditioner, but for almost $4000, I expected to get it back in better condition. It is also the first time I’ve picked up my car that it handn’t been run through the car wash. I’m glad my air conditioner is fixed, but I wasn’t expecting to have to spend half an hour cleaning my car.

The wait time was to long. My advisor was no where to be found. Another advisor had to assist me in checking on my car.

You guys are too high in repairs, we just got our car repaired in February, I feel you guys should have known about the repairs, I feel some kind of way about that. We are long time customers ????????
