I had to search for my keys the cashier stated it was I. My car bit my car was locked. Another service advisor had to check the service advisor station 3 diff keys before my key was lived. They check my vehicle and found 3100.00 worth of work that is needed but wanted to charge me to tell me why my check engine light was on which came on the same time I needed an oil change. They fail my battery for the second time but test again by auto advance my battery is fine. This is ridiculous and the service was very non personable. I was very unhappy with my service and this is the second time that my visit was horrible the last time you team change my oil but did not put oil back in my car.

Very disappointed in the service here headed in for oil changed tire rotation on yesterday . check-in is good, but I believe after they return your vehicle to you, they should overlook and make sure everything that should have been done. Has been done. My tire stem cap was missing. The hub caps are loose studs and nuts have been wrong off several times damage to my rims in the past all caps have been left off so I’m just not having a good relationship here at Nissan. My love nuts have been damaged. I’ve replaced them once per Nissan. They claim that they were swollen, but now they’re being damaged. I bought the socket. I bought the socket not sure if it’s being used so yes, I’m having problem after the problem after the problem.
I don’t believe that my tires were rotated as they stated in the receipt. I also noticed that my car was not washed, if so it was poorly done.
I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday and informed the department that I would not be waiting on it and it was no rush.
I hope by letting them know I was not going to be waiting on it, they didn’t do a good job. I am not pleased.

I had an 11 appointment I pulled up at 10:55 and I didn’t leave until 1:07pm for an oil change. What is the point of making an appointment? I did appreciate that the car wash was working today. Then when I went to check out the guy who was at the counter completely ignored me when the service guy gave him my paperwork to sign out he just kept stapling paperwork together then he checked me out which I really didn’t appreciate
The vehicle started to make a noise when the wheel is making left turns and it was not doing that before the services. I need someone to contact me soon so that we can resolve that issue, I don’t want the issue to turn into something bigger than what it may actually be. Thanks.
