I do appreciate the fact that it was noticed that 3 of the bolts and lug nuts were stripped and that you all were getting the proper parts to replace them at no charge since You are the last ones to have rotated the tires. However, I wasn't pleased that nobody called me when my car was ready. I had to go to work, I'm paid by the hour so every hour that I'm not working I don't get paid for. I stopped by the dealership because it'd been a couple of hours and I still hadn't heard from anyone. It turns out my car was ready but nobody had bothered to call me. Good thing I stopped by so I could get to work to make the money to pay for the said car!

Given one price over the phone for oil change, when I got to the dealership the price escalated. This makes it difficult to trust the service.

Kaitlyn was very polite, and professional. She didn’t waste any time getting the job done as a service advisor. Kaitlyn expressed concern about the wait time for me, and other customers. When Kaitlyn brought my ticket up for payment, she had about 2-3 other completed service tickets in her hand. I joked with her by saying wow, as she smiled. Way to go Kaitlyn. Keep up the good work!!!

I prefer human conversation concerning my car. Where is Tommie? I need a mechanic to help me understand what is happening with my car. Whether I can go a little longer or I really need to get that done. I need a mechanic whom I can trust. That's my reason for coming to you all in the first place. The last two times I came for oil change and when I left and took the time to look at check list. I saw customer denied. I don't remember denying anything because no one talked to me about my car. The oil was changed and said "We've got you ready. I trust you to work on my car and I trust you to talk and give me advice/suggestions on what needs immediate attention. I am not a mechanic. Please give an honest person to talk to like Mr. Tommie. I trust Tommie.
