I made an appointment to get the recall on my vehicle addressed. This appointment was made about 5 days ago. I explained what the recall was at the time that I made the appointment. I brought my vehicle in this morning and the parts for the recall had not been ordered. What is the purpose of making an appointment in advance for a recall on my vehicle if the parts are not going to be on-site to address the issue.

Daniel was very rude and disrespectful! He falsified pertinent information about my vehicle and withheld all option for me to make the best decision! Once I confronted him about the misrepresentation he refused to acknowledge and dismissed my concerns. He stated I don’t have time for this and turned his back and walked away, then stated he had a daughter with health issues and didn’t have time to hear me out and continued to walk away! My boyfriend found a supervisor/manager and explained the situation and he gave me his card and wrote in the back of it with a promise of a free oil change that will not happen until November 2025! Worst experience and have lost my public trust
