Karel was awesome! She was relatable and informative. Any questions that I had, she knew the answer. She definitely had a positive attitude therefore it made my experience more valuable.
Service was on time and efficient.
There for 5 hrs and my service wasn’t completed. Y’all are usually very quick, but this was very disappointing. Miss Rel was very kind and professional. Just have to use a vacation day and come on a Friday.
They did not inform me of he time it would take to complete when i asked on the phone. Then dodnt call/text when my car was done. Ionly found out wjen i saw it sitting outside

The hike in price for an oil change was ridiculous. It would’ve been nice to know prior to my appointment time.
I was disappointed that my floor boards when I got my car back were soaked and it wasn’t even dried it was like a mini pool. As for the job I think they did a good job I hope it solves the problem.

The service is good, I just was under the impression I was supposed to get oil change free of charge when I bring my car to the dealership. I also thought I was due for a tire rotation and brought that up when o dropped off my car but the tire rotation was not completed. I was charge $83 just for a basic oil change
