Kaitlyn was supposed to order parts for me after my 3/27 oil change. I called 2-3x to follow up on the order. And on my last call she told me the parts were in and scheduled me to go on Monday. However, no ticket was done when I got there. She told me it’d take all day so I didn’t stay. However it only took a couple of hours (which is great) but this wasn’t the best experience. I am still getting the message that service is due so that wasn’t set and that’s the main complaint I had at the onset.
The dealership and Daniele George gave provided excellent service for my Muruno.

Karel Gass called me after I left stating that I left my keys, the technician left them on her desk in stead of leaving them in my car as usual, so I didn't realize that they were missing because I have 2 pairs, so I go back to Nissan to get my keys, I saw Karel throw some keys from her desk to her coworker whom was standing near the roll up door and she missed the catch and they hit the floor, not realizing they were my keys I continued to Karel's desk. I introduced myself and told her I came for my keys. That's when I found out that the keys belonged to me that hit the floor. I was not pleased, she saw me coming so why throw my keys. I was not pleased!That was very unprofessional!

Only issue it shouldn’t take 1.5-2hr for any one oil change idc what the vehicle size is!

Was not happy with answer I received about the starter your company put in my vehicle back in February. By Bates Nissan in TX. This is a new transmission put in 2022. I did have any problem until the starter was installed.
