Pretty upset with this place. I purchased a car from this place about a year ago, and I purchased “easy care” with my car. In the easy care package it included free oil changes, and a lot of other preventative maintenance, but each time I try to use the services there is an issue or they are telling me that “it isn’t covered” which is crazy because the “easy care package” outlines all of the services allowed. I got robbed and i’m sad this happened. Hopefully they do better in the future with other customers.

I got an oil change and the technician forgot to reset the oil change reminder. I will have to go back to get that done.
The new text system did don’t give me enough time to let them know that I wanted my air and cabin filters replaced. I will have to go back to get that done.
