She was not very friendly. The process that I experienced in the past was far superior to the one I received today. After leaving there, my thoughts were on finding another Nissan dealership to service my vehicles. It’s really awful because I have been going there for years. The service is so different and the atmosphere is also.
I dropped my vehicle off at a 7:45 AM scheduled appointment and it took 6 1/2 hours before a technician looked at it and at the seventh hour. I had to call to check on the status of my vehicle just to find out that it needed a new alternator, but no one had called to discuss the repairs with me so we can move on the repairs. So when I finally gave permission for them to replace the alternator, they told me it would be until May 29 before I can get my vehicle back which was unacceptable and at no time did they offer a loaner car or rental car. I was not satisfied so I requested that the service man give me a call and what she did. Rick was so responsive and professional and tried to make things right and was able to get my truck repaired the next day which is May 24, 2029. however, when I picked up my vehicle, the fees that I was charged were not explained to me so I am not sure if I paid the markup price for a higher priced alternator or the original price of the alternator that Rick informed me that it would cost. Typically, I don’t have issues but this time **** Smith Nissan dropped the ball, seriously!
