Everything was great until the end. The person who checked me in (Karel?) was very nice and she got me done and out of there faster than Ive ever been before. 5 stars for her. The woman at the check out (joanna, or Jolene or something that starts with Jo) was rude for no reason whatsoever. She was busy when Karel walked away after handing me the paperwork so I was reviewing the paperwork and got confused because it seemed like there was a lot of stuff done. Then I noticed some of the dates were older so it must have been previous work that I had done that was all listed on the sheet. I asked Jo-whatever about it "oh is this like all the previous work listed first and then at the bottom is the new work from today?" She was too busy to be bothered I guess cause she looked at me from the copy machine or whatever and said with a snarky tone "what are you asking me?" When I didnt answer right away (a little shocked at being spoken to that way) she repeated "WHAT are you asking me"? I said I would wait till she was done with whatever she was doing and could come over then I would show her. It went quite downhill from there. She spoke whilst I was speaking even though by then I had made it clear that I just wanted her to ring me up so I could leave and no longer needed any questions answered. She continued anyway with "as I was saying ...". And went on and on with her explanation trying to answer what she thought was my question from before. Clearly intent on being spiteful by keeping me from leaving qyickly. I told her how rude she was being and that I had never experienced rudeness in your dealership until now. I bought my first car from you 10 years ago. Even when I am practically pacing after waiting hours and hours, no one has ever been rude to me. That girl needs another round of training in customer service (and a new skin care routine)!

Please only offer a scheduled appointment when you have the part in stock per the scheduled expectation. I courtesy car would have been helpful as well.

For a simple oil change AND an appointment made at 11:30, I didn't leave the dealership until 1:15. It seemed like they didn't even begin doing the oil change until 12:45.

How much do you want? Was told on phone, svc takes about 2 hrs - scheduled for 12:30 - show up early - again I mentioned needed to be completed by 3:00 PM - tech stated 2:45 at latest - at 3:20 am finally paying and get hit with 3% 'extra' C/C charge - no mention of it up to now - on way home, notice orange engine light still on - indicating svc required - call back in - am told "that's NOT" part of 90,000 mile check-up. I am in waiting area - are the techs so incompetent that they don't see / address "engine light on"? - what else did they 'miss' or not do. WILL NEVER USE A **** SMITH FACILITY AGAIN - and will tell anyone I know not to either!

Kaitlyn was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with helping me to navigate the process of servicing my car for the recall. Mike was friendly and very conversational during my car ride back home. Frances was friendly and prompt when he came to pick me up from my home and back to the dealership once the car repairs were completed.
