After waiting 2 hrs for an oil change I still had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my paperwork. I literally had to go in the bay and question how much longer!. After I questioned how much longer the communication with the service tech was not good.

He is an excellent representative of your company. He is friendly and courteous. He made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle. He also made sure I knew the cost of my repairs before any work was done and that I agreed with them.
