Kaitlyn was great. However, electrical/sensor issues on a car I've owned less than 2 weeks is making me re-think my decision to buy another Pathfinder. Part a week away, another day tied-up in service and another day missing work.

This service experience was great. From coming in and being lucky enough to have Kaitlyn as my advisor to the call from Kaitlyn informing that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Kaitlyn was very patient and went through all options available or required for my service. Nissan is very fortunate to have her on their team. I know there are many repeat customers because of her attitude and approach.

Was 30 mins until closing, needed a tire patch, told that it could be looked at but could not be worked on today when it doesn’t take nothing but 10 or 15 minutes to do a patch, it doesn’t take long at all, I’ve worked in the same exact career thank you field before doing the same exact work. I know how long it takes so at this point they just wanted to push it off until the next day because it was close to closing time instead of just getting the job done. Company here to do the work or to help the customers or are they here to send everybody on their way because they don’t feel like doing the work at that time? And also If I paid for all the extra warranty coverages for bumper to bumper, why Is the patch $50?

I had asked to make sure everything was covered under my extended warranty that I have. Was told I was good to go then I ended up having to pay for windshield wipers that were replaced.

I’ve owned or driven **** Smith Datsun/Nissan vehicles since 1975. That makes for a lot of encounters with the service department. All service representatives were quite good. Daniel George has proven to be exceptionally good. Yes. He is a cut above the rest.

After my car got washed the license plate was bent out at about 30 degrees. While driving home I had to stop and properly close the hood. The oil change was fine.
