I was very concerned about the inspection report cost. I have not paid $600 in the past. Actually on your form it states “Complimentary Report.
In February 2025 I got my car serviced for brake work and burning smelll coming from AC vent. The AC unit was diagnosed and repaired. I was told everything checked checked out with the unit. Please see your report. In 4 months I brought my car in AC not blowing cold air. The car was diagnosed as needing a compressor. The cost was over $3000. The other concerned the car was diagnosed as needing a transmission which cost $7000 to replace. The car only have less than 100000 miles. When getting oil changes fluids were provided. I paid $600 and could not get any repairs.
Your prices are too high for the average person I have bought 3 Nissan cars.
280Z, Altima, and my present car a Maxima. I regret and very disappointed in the performance of my Maxima and high prices of repairs.
What has happened has made me not being able to loyal to driving a Nissan car.
The next maintenance sticker was not put on windshield and that really helps me stay on track for service.

When I picked up the van that was supposed to be ready on Saturday I was told that it was repaired and it was not it rides as well as a chariot rides. Still can’t find out if it had error codes when I picked it up that were display during the diagnostic.?
